Custom Hat Lab assumes that any art submitted by or on behalf of a Purchaser for the production of an order is fully compliant with all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of any third party. By submitting artwork in connection with an order, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Custom Hat Lab from any claims, damages, or costs based on alleged breaches of any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights arising from or related to Custom Hat Lab’s use of such artwork in connection with such order.
